1. Collection of information: Chatcord Bot collects and stores user IDs and server IDs to save language settings and send reports. Data may be updated when using certain bot functions.
Such data updates require user input, including data that may be considered identifiable and sensitive. This data is stored only in the database and is used only for its intended purpose.

2. Storage of images: The bot temporarily stores generated and sent images for recognition. Once the limit of 15 files in the database is reached, they are deleted. Please note that no one has the right to view these images.

3. Temporary storage of request history: The bot temporarily stores the history of requests to the bot and the bot's responses in 14 positions for each server that sent a request in the "/ask" command in the current bot session. Once the limit of 14 positions is reached, old messages are deleted from the history.

4. Security: We make every effort to ensure the security of your data. However, no system is completely impenetrable, and we cannot guarantee the absolute security of your data.
